Dr. Linda Asamoah-Ackwonu
Born in Ghana, I moved to Austria as a child. I completed my schooling in Carinthia and Salzburg before graduating in Vienna. Following my graduation, I trained as a registered nurse and worked in that profession while simultaneously studying medicine at the University of Vienna.
Academic and Professional Journey:
2003 – 2010 Medical Studies at the University of Vienna
2010 Doctorate in Medicine (Dr.med.univ.) from the University of Vienna
2010 – 2015 Training in General Medicine
2015 – 2020 Training in Neurology
2018-2023 Teaching activity at SFU (Sigmund Freud University)
Until June 2024, I work at Hietzing Clinic, as Senior Attending Physician in charge of a Neurology ward department , including Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
